俄羅斯移動(dòng)淘金車(chē)及全自動(dòng)排礦臥式離心機(jī)組合

1、采用移動(dòng)式，一部為移動(dòng)滾筒篩分系統(tǒng)，另一部移動(dòng)淘金車(chē)為移動(dòng)離心淘金車(chē)作為精選用。

2、上料方式可以使用挖掘機(jī)或裝載機(jī)等多種上料方式。

3、移動(dòng)靈活方便：采用可轉(zhuǎn)向設(shè)計(jì)，可以原地180度轉(zhuǎn)向。

4、底盤(pán)采用重型汽車(chē)底盤(pán)設(shè)計(jì)，工作穩(wěn)定可靠。

5、絞洗筒內(nèi)含四條鉸刀，對(duì)于物料清洗更加徹底，提高工作效率。

6、針對(duì)供水系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化：
   上料斗內(nèi)部沖水負(fù)責(zé)首次沖洗物料并且推送物料進(jìn)入滾筒篩內(nèi)；
   滾筒篩中央沖水負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)物料進(jìn)行主要的沖洗工作；
   滾筒篩側(cè)沖水負(fù)責(zé)沖洗滾筒篩外部細(xì)篩網(wǎng)，防止堵孔。

7、集成度高，本輛移動(dòng)淘金車(chē)集成了臥式全自動(dòng)排礦離心機(jī)于一體，使用沙泵上料，4條機(jī)械支撐腿支撐，工作穩(wěn)定可靠。(臥式離心機(jī)好處是轉(zhuǎn)子采用兩端固定，工作時(shí)穩(wěn)定性好，適合用于移動(dòng)設(shè)備上，立式離心機(jī)只能用于地面上，安裝時(shí)必須做硬化，尋找水平)

 Features

   This gold separating car including 2units,the 1st unit is gold trommel classifying unit car,the 2nd unit is movable centrifugal car to get gold concentrate. 

   It can be easily feed by excavators or other types

   It can be easily moved&circled in 180 degree

   The base plate use heavy trailer type,good performance of steady and reliable work.

   The inner of reamer trommel screen including 4 reamers so it can be worked in high efficiency and make minerals more clean.

   Water supplying system: washing on top of hopper the then pushing the mixture to flow to the screen,washing in middle of screen which is the most principal,washing in screen outside it can clean the material carefully and avoid the gambling plug.

   The movable gold reamer trommel separating car with 1set horizontal auto discharge concentrator,feeding type is by 1set sand pump,with 4 mechanical holding frames,working in reliable and steady surroundings.(the horizontal concentrator is with spindle 2side fixed,it can a very good performance in jolting surroundings instead of vertical type which can only be used on ground level)

   It works well with high recovery with horizontal automatic discharge centrifuge concentrator.
