巖金礦提取方案每小時15噸處理量
流程概述：
原料通過工程車輛送入進料斗中，然后通過振動給料機送入一臺鄂式破碎機內進行破碎，破碎后的物料通過上料輸送機均勻送入滾筒式洗石機內進行清洗篩分為粗料與細料兩種規格。
6mm以下細料進入一臺80#選金離心機進行精選，廢料排入廢料池中；6mm以上粗料進入一臺巖金礦專用制沙機內進行破碎制沙，然后進入一臺棒磨機進行棒磨，棒磨后的細料排入盛料箱內通過沙泵打入2臺跳汰機內進行篩選回收，廢料排入廢料池中。
廢料池中的細沙通過沙泵進入一臺細沙回收機內進行脫水回收，然后通過成品料輸送機輸送至指定區域。
Technological Process
Raw material from feed hopper getting into shaking feeder,then move into Jaw-type crusher to be crushed while going through trommel washing machine to be separated into 2siezes≦6mm or≧6mm
The smaller size materila(≤6mm) flow into 80#centrifugal concentrator for further separation,the scap material washed to waste pool.The bigger size material(≧6mm)then go through specialized sandmaking machine of rock mine to be crushed into sands to be collected,the others material getting into ball mill then wahed into 2sets of Jigging machine from sand pump for further separation,the material getting rid to the waste pool.
The sands in the waste pool can be recovered from sand recover machine getting rid of the water,then shipped by conveyor to destination.
